RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Novairen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since our T-shirts are printed and crafted with care, please review our return and cancellation guidelines below.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@novairen.store within 6 hours of placing your order. After this 6-hour window, your order enters the production process and cannot be canceled or modified.

2. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your T-shirt must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.

We accept returns and provide free replacements/full refunds for the following reasons:
- The product arrives damaged, stained, or defective.
- The print quality is blurry, peeling, or incorrect.
- You received the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color compared to your order.

*Please note: Since each item is custom printed, we generally do not accept returns or refunds if you choose the wrong size or change your mind. Please carefully check our Size Chart before ordering.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, please email us at support@novairen.store with:
- Your Order Number.
- A clear photo or video showing the defect, damage, or wrong item received.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package, or we will immediately process a replacement free of charge. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve your photo evidence), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
